POUND FIT
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating 45-minute full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to rockstars of all ages and abilities.

WICKED FLOW YOGA
Wicked Flow Yoga is a 60-minute dynamic form of yoga that combines movement and breath, emphasizing the fluidity of transition between poses. You will move from one posture immediately into another, following the breath, creating a sense of flow and connection. Wicked Flow Yoga encourages mindfulness and inner peace.

FIT4BATTLE
Step outside your comfort zone with this 45-minute twist on circuit training. Fit4Battle will challenge you both physically and mentally. This program will increase endurance, strength, power, speed, focus & flexibility. Expect the unexpected with Fit4Battle!

GLOVES UP
Get ready to punch, jab & sweat your way to a stronger, fitter you! Gloves up is a small group training specialty class designed to fuel your passion for fitness and push your limits. Learn proper kickboxing techniques, footwork and combinations while enjoying a dynamic full-body kickboxing inspired workout. Increase your endurance, strengthen your core, burn calories, build your confidence inside and outside the gym. Led by our resident boxing/kickboxing expert, Coach Goretti P!

Wicked Strong: Lower30 & Wicked Strong Upper30
Elevate your fitness journey with these dynamic 30-minute EXPRESS classes exclusively focus on upper and lower body work. Biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and back are the target in our Wicked Strong: Upper30 classes, while Wicked Strong: Lower30 will place the focus on those quads, hamstrings and glutes. Classes are led by our Wicked Fitness Coaching team. Designed for all fitness levels, this class focuses on functional movements, form, and improving overall strength and endurance. Get ready to sweat, push your limits, and feel stronger than ever!
Wicked Rad Pads
Unleash your inner fighter with our high-energy Boxing Mitt Class…..”Wicked Rad Pads!” This dynamic 30-minute EXPRESS workout combines the fundamentals of boxing with targeted mitt drills, designed to enhance your speed, agility, and power. Under the guidance of our experienced instructor, you’ll learn proper punching techniques, footwork, and defensive moves, all while getting an intense cardio workout. Zumba Fitness is a 45-minute dance-based fitness technique that combines elements of salsa, samba, merengue, reggaeton, and hip-hop with cardio exercise moves to create a fast-paced, heart-pumping workout. It’s an exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning, dance fitness exercise party!

WICKED MAT PILATES
Wicked Mat Pilates is a 45-minute gentle yet effective series of low-impact exercises performed on your mat. You will use your own body weight for resistance, focusing on core, strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning. This program will improve flexibility, increase core strength, enhance postural alignment, and boost mental health by reducing stress levels.

HOOLA HOPE HULA HOOP FITNESS
Our 45-minute Hula fitness classes can help you burn up to 315 calories! Hula is an incredible total-body workout. Hula hooping is a safe and FUN way to torch body fat, improve your balance, strengthen your core muscles, and boost your cardiovascular fitness. Grab one of our handmade hoops and get your hula on!
